Required accesses

After the first contact, we will ask you to provide
your WordPress login and password, as well as FTP
server access. This will allow us to get familiar
with the website's backend. If you wish, we can sign
a non-disclosure agreement before receiving the
access details.

Before starting website support, we perform a
preliminary audit. We check the website’s status,
security, and verify any errors in the console.
Based on this, we’ll create a list of necessary
tasks and provide a quote.

Sign the contract

After accepting the quote, we sign an agreement
for website maintenance services.

Once all formalities are sorted out, we implement
the previously agreed technical fixes. The site is
secured with a firewall, we add it to our

Do you offer custom care and support plans for WordPress?

Yes! In addition to the provided packages, we can create a custom WordPress support plan tailored to your website's needs. Contact us to discuss the details.

Can I change my care and support package during the contract?

If you need a more advanced service, you can change your package to a higher one during the contract period.

Do you also support WooCommerce online stores?

Absolutely! We support all websites based on the WordPress CMS, including WooCommerce stores.

What tasks are included in the specialist's development work?

The specialist's hours available in your package can be allocated for any development tasks related to your WordPress site. Below is a list of example tasks that we can perform for you. Hours outside the package are billed additionally.

Tasks performed by the WordPress Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Regular updates to the WordPress engine,
  • Regular updates to installed plugins,
  • Scanning website files for suspicious changes in its code,
  • Monitoring failed login attempts, aimed at blocking dangerous IP addresses,
  • Constantly monitoring the website's online status, allowing immediate response in case of a failure,
  • Performing regular backups (backup),
  • Managing and overseeing the hosting environment,
  • Implementing an SSL certificate for WordPress.

Tasks performed by the WordPress Developer within the specialist's hours include, but are not limited to:

  • Rebuilding the WordPress theme,
  • Modifications and programming tasks,
  • Creating custom plugins,
  • Integrating WordPress with external systems (e.g., accounting, inventory systems).

Tasks performed by the Graphic Designer within the specialist's hours include, but are not limited to:

  • Rebuilding the current WordPress layout,
  • Designing new pages and selected elements,
  • Graphic processing of materials for publication on the WordPress site.

What is the duration of the WordPress support contract?

The contract is usually signed for a 12-month period, after which it automatically renews for an indefinite period. However, it is also possible to sign the contract for a different period.

What are your working hours?

We work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

What is the response time for submitted requests?

We respond as quickly as possible! The maximum response time for a request is 24 hours.

Do you offer hosting as part of the support service?

Yes. The basic package includes hosting for websites up to 500 MB. Additionally, we can provide an SSL certificate.

Larger hosting packages are also available as an additional service for the website administration package.

How does the Helpdesk system work?

In our helpdesk system, each client has their own project named after their website. You can add requests (related to tasks on the site), which are assigned to the client's manager and then verified. After preparing the quote, the client receives the request for approval, and the work is then carried out.

Do you also perform one-time tasks, or do you only operate on a subscription basis?

If you're not interested in a subscription-based collaboration, you can also contact us with a one-time request. Write to us with the details of your issue, and we'll prepare a project quote.
